Delivery and Returns Policy


All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order email and payment confirmation. At the time of delivery, you will receive a call and email notification from our staff.


Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We offer free delivery for orders over AED 1000 in UAE, within city limits.
  • AED 100 flat rate applies to orders under AED 1000.
  • We will work with you to arrange contactless delivery.

Deliveries are made from 9.00 AM to 4.00 PM during  Saturday – Thursday. We will contact you via call with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the delivery arrival details.

Your order is subject to VAT, which is included in the final order value.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order is out for delivery, you will receive an email from us which will include a contact number to check order delivery status.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your delivery confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution for rectification or replacement

Hitec Offices maintains a 7 days return policy for products with any manufacturing defects. If you need to return anything, due to manufacturing defects, we’ll be happy to exchange the product or offer a refund as a cheque, after evaluation, provided that the product is returned to us within the specified 7 days return period and returned in its original and undamaged packaging. Customers have to return the item to our main office, located at 30th Umm Hurair Road, Dubai UAE and will incur no return charges.

All in-store and online offer items are final sale. No refunds or exchanges are permitted.
