[Case Study] Saudi Post & Logistics Office Furniture Solutions

Founded in 1926, Saudi Post been a leading service provider operated by the Saudi government. They proactively follow the digital intelligence era, and rebranded their identity as “Saudi Post and Logistics” (SPL) that aims to create a global logistics platform. Carrying the expectation of this new identity, a new office building of about 30000 square meters of Saudi Post came into being in Riyadh.

Project: SPL (Saudi Post and Logistics)

Location: Riyadh

Area: 30000 sq meters

In order to interpret the “more modern and international” brand identity of SPL, Sunon has created an efficient and open plan office space in a minimalist style. With a contemporary design, one can experience the transformation of Saudi Post.

Additionally, the open office space of SPL with Sunon’s re-configurable Lipa workstations encourage the flat organizational structure, to attract new talent, achieve a flexible layout and foster efficient teamwork.

Inspired by the client’s Logo, we selected grey and blue as the dominant colors in our office furniture solution for Saudi Post. The usage of cool tones is more suitable for business space and coupled with office furniture in vivid colors and unique shapes, the entire workspace became efficient and inviting.

We created an agile office space with collaborative furniture and cozy sofas. Here, you can simply move small soft stools to quickly organize quick brainstorming sessions and team discussions. The sofas with matchless seating comfort, provide a suitable place for employees to take a break and relax.

The Lipa series executive desks selected for the director’s offices of Saudi Post, utilize 68°-inclined steel legs that leave more room under the desk for users. The combination of small tea table and visitor’s chairs facilitate pleasant communication.
